Creative Consultants is a full-service advertising agency that specializes in regional and national clients. Started in 1980, the company is based in Spokane, Washington USA. During the last two and a half decades, Creative Consultants has collected a variety of awards and recognition for creative achievement, including over 40 MAX/Addy Awards, 45 SPARK Awards and the Sherman Fairchild Award of Excellence.

It takes sound business principles and stable management for any company to survive and succeed for more than just a few years. There is a reason why we have survived and prospered when others have failed. A large part of our success is due to our unique business philosophy. We believe that our client's money should be spent on developing marketing solutions and on the production and purchase of advertising. Period. That means not paying for personnel you don't need, eight hours a day, 365 days a year. We utilize the most talented freelancers in the northwest. Emphasis on Consistency

One of the main things we stress to our clients is the need to maintain a look of consistency throughout the advertising and promotion that is created. We believe there exists a synergistic value in establishing a specialized look and feel to a company's ads and literature. After a while, people will identify what they see as our client's ad before they read the headline or look at the illustration/photograph. And the accumulative effect of such work creates a superior recall and top-of-the-mind awareness than ads with individual corporate identities.

Another important difference is our "no surprises" method of doing business. Unlike a lot of other advertising agencies, we will deliver you a comprehensive cost estimate on the production of any project we work on. In advance, before any work begins. In writing. This gives you an accurate idea of what things will cost before work starts and allows you to make adjustments as needed. It also gives you a guideline to use when reviewing our billing. Unless the project is changed during the production course, we will stick to our estimate firm. Don't believe the old agency adage that says, "We won't know what it costs until it's finished". We'll give you a price and get it done for that price. Simple as that.

Not "Yes" Men
